Everyday cross-border connections

VPNIH is for people who need access to international websites, AI tools, streaming services, or overseas work platforms. It covers 90+ countries and 220+ routes. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported, with unlimited devices so you can pick up where you left off across your devices. For connection instructions, start with the Getting Started Guide. Streaming and AI tool availability still depends on platform rules and how your region is determined.

Route Selection and Troubleshooting

Choose a route based on the service you need, the exit region, and how the connection performs in practice—not on geographic distance alone. IEPL, relay, and direct routes each suit different situations. Start with the Server Guide, then test during the times you usually connect. If something goes wrong, check your subscription status, update the configuration, and switch routes. If the issue persists, use the support ticket panel to share your system, client, and error details. Don’t include passwords or full subscription links. Privacy and Essential Information

VPNIH follows an anonymous, no-logs approach and does not record browsing activity. Information needed to provide the service is handled with data minimization in mind. Creating an account requires only a username and password—no email address is needed. Account, order, and support ticket details are used to deliver subscriptions and resolve issues; anonymous, no-logs service does not mean these operational records are not managed.
